I had a great experience here! They are really experts in this and take pride in doing a high quality job. I was able to get European VHS tapes that hadn’t been touched in 20 years from when my brother was born just in time for his 30th birthday and it was the best gift for my family! They even gave us a back up copy for safe keeping. I have dozens more tapes that I’ll be bringing to get converted ?.
I took in an 20 year old camcorder with my wedding video stuck inside. I didn’t have the power cord so the battery was dead and I had no way to open the camera to remove the tape. DDVF came to the rescue! Scott was able to remove the tape and load the video to a DVD and a flash drive. I recently lost my husband so I am beyond thankful to DDVF for archiving this beautiful memory for me to share with my kids.
Incredible customer service.Very happy with the work they did for me to digitize old photos and slides. I will be bringing in many more items to digitize. Highly recommend this business.
