After hearing an ad on the radio I filled out the website form for a quote to pressure wash our vinyl siding. Jake was in touch quickly and asked for some photos. He gave a fair price quote and even suggested that we skip pressure washing the patio, saying that a less expensive soap/rinse would do the trick. That's good business - honesty with no overselling. Communication via phone and text was always prompt. He showed up as scheduled and did a great job pressure washing the house and cement walkways. Colony opened my pool on Tuesday and Thursday morning the water was crystal clear and the pool was spotless! They noticed the cartridges in the filter were shot and quickly replaced them. They show up when expected and are always available to answer the phone if questions arise.
Colony’s team did an excellent job installing our new pool cover that incorporated a long raised curve wall. They were very careful in the placement of the wall anchors in the tile. There was absolutely no issues with the tile cracking. The cover fits perfectly. The team also closed down our pool the same day. I would highly recommend Colony Pool Service!
