Below is a portion of the note that the buyers of my brother's home received from me at settlement:"I am the seller on behalf of my brother’s estate and thought that it would be appropriate to give you a head start on lawn care (2 acres is a job). My brother had used Charae Landscaping services for several years and I can attest that they have been prompt, professional and great to work with over the past year that I’ve worked with them."It should be noted that I added additional services, trimming shrubbery, etc., prior to putting the house/property on the market. Charae arrived the next morning to fulfill this request. Two thumbs up!
