The good thing is that you can get in quickly with some practitioners. The bad is that some of the front desk staff are unpleasant & make mistakes. I suspect they are overworked and underpaid, but I may change doctors at some point when I have the time.

Great Doctors office!Dr. Fucci is awesome!!!And a great area. Parking is always easy and the staff are helpful and friendly except for 1 staff member that would get rude or hang up but I haven't had an incident with her in quite a awhile.5 stars all the way ?

I have been coming here as a regular patient since I was in Elementary School in the mid 2000's...This place has gotten worse and worse over time and I'm officially done. The ONLY saving grace here is Dr.Fucci. The front staff are blunt, rude, and randomly put you on hold. I had a Telemed appointment, and they called me before they opened to tell me they couldn't verify my insurance. I called back THREE times before my 9am appt and they never even turned on their phones in time.. Multiple times I have visited and nothing has been solved. One of the nurses failed to do my Fathers blood pressure correctly, and we had to take him to the hospital where he could've... read full review
