Brandywine Eye Center - Dr. Andrew Shyu

Dr. Andrew Shyu (pronounced shoo) grew up in the suburbs of San Jose, California. He completed undergraduate studies at UCLA and went to medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine. He then completed ophthalmology residency at Temple University. He is fluent in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. Andrew enjoys watching sports, and playing soccer, pickleball, and tennis. He enjoys hiking with his wife, and teaching new tricks to his pet corgi, Doug. Dr. Andrew Shyu is honored to take over the practice from Dr. Richard Sherry, who is well-known and recognized in the community.
