I am very pleased with my experience yesterday with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I had them install a new garbage disposal to replace my 20 year old inSinkErator. The new unit fits well under my sink and is so ver quiet when in use. Also had to replace the faucet set on my laundry set tub. It had to have some new rerouting of the the water pipes and new shut off valves. I was impressed with the fact that this was done without using heat and soldering. Vince S.was the technician for this job and I would not hesitate to have him do work in my home again, it was an all around A#1 experience!
Brian was very professional and knowledgeable about the water filtration and softener system I need to get installed in my house. I was pleased with his consult and assessment of the ask.
The service tech Forrest was excellent.friendly and on time.competed my inspection, gave some recommendations and gave me a quote for a possible replacement repair I will request him for future services.
