I called to get some general information and was surprised by how dismissive the staff seemed. I asked for the name of the person I was speaking with — twice, politely — and she refused to give it. I was then transferred to another employee, and the same thing happened.
It's concerning when staff won't identify themselves, even during an informational call. Transparency and professionalism matter, especially when someone is just trying to understand your services. This experience didn’t give me confidence in how they treat people. I hope they consider improving their phone etiquette.
