For the first time in 14 years, we had an issue with our air conditioning unit and from previous experiences with the larger players in the repair business, we knew we wanted to steer clear of them. An early morning call to Artic Air was met with a live person who actually listened and had concern for the situation we were in with our A/C unit on the fritz. Although they had a full schedule for the day, on one of the hottest days of the year, they still made time for getting to visit us between the promised "9-11am" timeframe. Our technician was Johnny and from the time we met him at the door, he immediately took his shoes off upon entering our home and got right to the issue. Johnny was a true professional and talked through the whole process and explained what he thought and later found to be the problem. Johnny did everything he could do to secure the parts we needed and get us up and running in less than 24 hours. Johnny represented your organization very well and he worked on our unit as if it was his very own. We will recommend your company and Johnny to all of our family and friends. Thank you.
