I just had a need to use a heating contractor to fix my gas heater. I had heard so much about Ace Air Conditioning & Heating on our local FB pages, I gave them a call and I couldn't be happier.
Joe and Anthony texted a day ahead and set up a time. Then the next day they texted that they were on time and would arrive in about twenty minutes, which they did. They went right to work and tore down my gas burner, cleaned it and restored the full operation in 45 minutes.
It's nice to have timely, reliable and professional tradesmen nearby. I've heard too many stories about the other side.

Ace does not work in the city of Wilmington, but nevertheless, they helped talk me through how to solve my HVAC problem over the phone. Super friendly, patient, great tech who was willing to help even though he couldn't work here. I wish I could give them my money, but the next best thing is this positive review!
Woke up to no heat and being it was new when we moved in it’s a 7 yr old system I never had anyone work on it. I am a big fan of google reviews and saw all the positive reviews about Joe so I gave him a call while I was at work. He said he could come now but I had to get a hold of someone to let him in. I think from the initial phone call was 45 mins total and he calls me said it was all fixed. I was amazed how fast he was able to fix it. Paid him via card over phone and very very satisfied with his service. I will definitely be using him in the future again.. thanks again Joe for coming out quick, customer service at its finest.
