So many companies knock on my door, trying to get my business. I am sure most will agree that it is annoying. I do not know anything about their company, yet they speak to me as if we have been acquainted for years. DB Home Remodeling Solutions is not like that. They did not knock on my door. Conducting business in a way that does not require canvassing the neighborhood is how DB Home Remodeling Solutions works. They rely on customer recommendations, and they work very hard to attain. My house experienced wind damage earlier this year and required a new roof. In speaking with friends, I reached out to DB Home Remodeling Solutions. David, the owner, is very personable and easy to talk with. He listened to my request, answered my concerns, and provided top-notch service. He even worked with my insurance company and estimators to ensure everyone had the necessary information. His workers are skilled and have years of experience. At the end of this engagement, I had a stellar new roof, and they even came back to ensure no debris was left in the yard the next day. I highly recommend DB Home Remodeling Solutions!

These guys do great work and have good communication with their clients. Nothing is more frustrating than contacting a contractor and hearing nothing back for days but Eric and his team answer their phones and have someone in the office to respond to emails and inquiries which is really nice.
Mike thoroughly checked what the issue with our AC unit was. He was very knowledgeable and detailed with his explanations. We finally have cold air again! Would definitely go to them again for any future issues with cooling or heating.

This was was very professional and honest we had sent out a company to inspect our AC unit at one of our stores and that company had told us that serval things needed to be done and that it would cost hundreds of dollars so we hired Gregg + Sons Mechanical to go out and make the repairs Greg called once he had inspected the until and told me that it did NOT need any of the thing the previous company claimed it needed it was a simple thermostat issue he could have gone along with what the other company said and got way more then just an initial service call but instead he was honest not only that but he explained everything very carefully and made sure I understood. Beverly who i initially spoke with in the office was very understanding and helpful if I could give this companie 10 stars I would! I definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future for my other stores in the area as well.

I got my 2020 Honda civic 4 dr done with 5% on everything except windshield. Made an appointment and had to wait with the car, they got it done within the hour! Earlier this year, we noticed that our 10 year old chocolate lab was experiencing some issues with her eye. When we brought her in for her annual physical, Dr. Mauro correctly identified something that they don’t often see- a specific kind of tumor behind her left eye. She referred us to Blue Pearl for a formal diagnosis, and while the dr we saw at Blue Pearl was Knowledgeable, kind and compassionate when they told us the only option was to remove the eye, their estimate to do the surgery was just under $6,000. The staff at BayAnimal has always been wonderful with Livvie, so we went back to them to see if they would do the surgery( even the dr at Blue Pearl said she would be completely comfortable with Livvie having an enucleation at BayAnimal) . They were amazing throughout the entire process. We were able to get an appointment within a week to have the eye removed, and they communicated with us during the week to see how Livvie was and gave us clear instructions for the day of surgery, and then for two weeks post surgery. Dr. Mauro was compassionate towards both Livvie and us, addressing and acknowledging the emotions that go along with this surgery. By the time surgery rolled around, we were confident that it was the right decision for our 10 yr old best friend, and that she wouldn’t receive better care anywhere else…and we were right. Thanks to Dr Mauro and the staff at Bayanimal for helping Livvie live her best life-minus one eye and saving us about $4,000…which we’ve already spent on recovery treats for our girl. We couldn’t be more grateful!
