Less than an hour later, they restored A/C service to my home. Signed up for their bi-annual preventive maintenance agreement, Danielle in Customer Service was prompt, polite and courteous in setting up the plan and scheduling the technician to come out for our first maintenance visit. “Quick response, friendly technician, and thorough analysis and fix of our unit. We had a small Freon leak that was causing our interior coil to freeze repeatedly. The tech tested the unit, confirmed the diagnosis, and told me the options and pricing before getting into it. He found the leak, fixed it, and recharged the Freon all for a reasonable price. “Our AC stopped working in Selbyville. Custom Mechanical was highly recommended by a friend that lives near our house. We bought a Ryan home and just called the company that was listed under warranty for the unit. I won't mention them by name but they came and were atrocious. They wanted to charge over $1,500 plus additional labor. Custom Mechanical came and charged $519 for the entire job. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. From their dispatcher to the people that answer the phone to the people that come and do your work. Use them you will not get taken advantage of and they will be very honest. That is not easy to come by these days it seems.“
