I had a fire and needed a total house rebuild. I contacted Spirit Building Concept, spoke with Alonzo and he came out immediately. After speaking with them I googled the company and saw previous reviews. I was a little concerned. I decided to give them a try as this was being covered by the insurance company. I found them to very professional and open about everything every step of the way. The totally rebuilt my house ($325,000) on time and within budget. During the rebuild I made changes to the plans and they accommodated them easily. I don't know what happened in the other reviews and don't care.
