The staff is very friendly and very professional. When we talked he asked me questions and then explained everything that he was going to do and also explained what was going on with my back. My past experience with a Chiropractor wasn't that great. I went into the office with a lot of pain from 30 plus yrs in the Army. I was at my end with the pain and told my doctor I'd try it one more time before it was either needles or the knife. Let's just say after a few visits I'm feeling better. The pain is still there but not as bad as it has been.
