Horrible, my parents waited for two years for them to finish the work. The owner got paid 2,000 to make a little gated deck area near their pool. This started before covid. They have been patient with him and waited for two years. He kept making up excuses as to why he couldn't come out, found out he was doing other jobs instead of theirs. They called him and threa litigation and he finally came out. Completely destroyed the deck area he just built. Cracks in the fence, wood hanging off the edge of the deck, they even cut the wood and supplies for this job on the original deck and scratched it up.
