“Tech arrived within two hours of placing service call. Burners on gas furnace were not lighting. Tech cleaned burners and cycled the furnace several times. “The guys showed up on time and they were warm and friendly. We bought an air conditioner to replace our broken wall unit but could not find any local company that would install it. My husband and I are 75 and 65 respectively. We could not lift the 100lb unit or we would have done it ourselves. We followed his lead and have become a loyal customer. We asked them to repair a heat pump in the heat of summer, replace that old heat pump and air handler just before the heating season and everything has been top-notch.
