“Tech arrived within two hours of placing service call. Burners on gas furnace were not lighting. Tech cleaned burners and cycled the furnace several times. Furnace was up and running in about 1/2 hour. Satisfactory experience.

This used to be owned by the legend himself Lem - but the company that has taken up the challenge since he has retired has done him proud! I have a beloved old fashioned Kenmore Dryer that stopped heating and Ben fixed it up and cleaned my dryer duct just right! Not a computer board on it and only dials and one button - this Kenmore is reliable and worth taking extra care!“

“The guys showed up on time and they were warm and friendly. We bought an air conditioner to replace our broken wall unit but could not find any local company that would install it. My husband and I are 75 and 65 respectively. We could not lift the 100lb unit or we would have done it ourselves. Not only did Climate Experts of Delmarva install the unit, they gave us a great price and two really nice guys installed it. AND on the hottest day of the year! We are now sitting in our living room, cool as cucumbers and thanking our lucky stars that Climate Experts of Delmarva was willing and able to help us. “These guys are the best! We have a neighbor who did a lot of research and comparisons for repairs and replacement of a heat pump. He hired Engle & Co. We followed his lead and have become a loyal customer. We asked them to repair a heat pump in the heat of summer, replace that old heat pump and air handler just before the heating season and everything has been top-notch. My husband purchased and installed our own wifi thermostat sometime afterwards. Engle was called back because our A/C seemed to be faulty. They discovered the fault was ours. “Our 18 yr. old 2nd zone unit died & trying to find an HVAC contractor in June was difficult but Integrity sent a sales rep. (AJ) and set up a date for a new unit in a flash (3 days). The installation team; Mike, Dakota & Waynor did an amazing job. Although, the installed unit was not as quoted and after speaking to Joe, who did not address my problem, the new unit works great.
