I have been a loyal customer of Atlantic Pumping Services for many years, and my experience with them has been nothing short of outstanding. From the moment you call for service, you are greeted by a remarkably helpful and knowledgeable representative who takes the time to truly understand and identify your issue.

For routine septic pumping, you may need to wait a few days to a week; however, in cases of urgent problems—such as a malfunctioning lift pump—they prioritize you and typically schedule service within 24 hours.

They were quick on coming out and getting the job done. Guy that did it seemed to have a little bit of an attitude when he got there. I had asked for later in the day but instead they came out between 8 and 830. Had left my phone at home that day by accident and when I was about to call them to tell them that they were already out at the house. Was trying to show them where it was but I was at work so I was trying to show them through our ring camera. So I can see why they would be a little frustrated but that’s why I asked for it to be later in the day. Did not expect them to come first thing in the morning. Other then that it went okay

Saturday septic emergency. Called Atlantic Pumping. They came that day, within hours. I was not a previous client, but I am now! Friendly and professional. (You do not want photos!!?)
