I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable, honest repair person. Bill arrived on time and quickly diagnosed what appeared to be the problem with my refrigerator. It looked like I need a part replaced, but when Bill came back to further examine the issue he discovered that it was a simple repair that didn't involve replacing the part. I would have no way of knowing this and he could've gone ahead and charged me for the replacement of the part. Instead he fixed the issue himself and I received a very reasonable bill for the three times he came to work on my refrigerator. Honest is the word here! I have always had good, on-time service, but more importantly, I have always felt that I was treated honestly. I always feel that Thoroughgood is looking out for me, not trying to deflate my wallet. I have used Thoroughgood for my washer, my refrigerator, my gas range and my ice maker. Always happy!
