Living in the city of Rehoboth Beach means strict rules on what can be built, so when we decided to remodel our rental into a full-time home, we chose Schell Bros’ Renew division for their code expertise, design skills, and buying power. The experience was excellent—communication was clear and consistent, even while we were in MD. We’ve since recommended them to friends, who also love their Schell homes. The office on rt. 1 is also great and the chargers are awesome!

As a realtor, having great builders to work with and their houses to sell, I can confidently say Schell is my personal favorite builder. They’ve won national builder of the year for a reason. Their warranty program and service is one of a kind and TOP notch. I am an independent Realtor, I don’t work for Schell and have no ties to them. This is a true honest review from a Realtor. I love their houses and quality so much, I have sold multiple Schell houses to multiple family members of mine.

We had our final review on this past Friday and let me start by saying Karen was amazing. Her and my wife just clicked. It was a fun experience and I spent more than I wanted but the upgrades helped us customize our dream. The people at this studio are kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Cant wait to see it come together. A shout out to Allie as well her homework up front made this day very enjoyable
