Craig is the truest definition of customer service. On time, professional and very knowledgeable. He set up our fireplace and was so patient in teaching us the remote functions. He was the first service person to wear booties in our house and lay a blanket down to protect our floor. Any business would live to have him represent them. I am retired from a service related business and mostly post positive post on service related companies. It is how companies step up and handle service after sales when there is a problem that I pay the most attention to. I am on auto refill with my gas and somehow the tank ran out. I called after hours and the situation was taken care of in just over an hour. The tank was filled and the driver was very professional and came in to make sure everything was working properly. I could not have asked more of them in the way this issue wad handled. Than You for your great service.
