Very nice windows. All of the people were very professional and Friendly. Scott Nelms was our salesman and he even came back to make sure everything went well and that we were pleased. Three guys installed the windows and they did an excellent job, but of the three , I only got Eduardo’s name but I recommend all of them
I needed help with my sliders that had started to leak, and Ralph was sent to check it out. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very skillful. I was thrilled he could fix my issue in a fairly short period of time. Getting service through Pella isn’t cheap, but the peace of mind that it’s done right is very helpful. And Ralph is the best!
We have beautiful new Pella sliders in our living room and bedroom. Thanks to techs Jason Reprogel and Ralph McCutcheon we now have the tool and know how to open the panels to clean between the glass. Excellent, on-time, friendly service and a great product!
