Worst service ever, signed a contract and needed equipment service, no return phone calls or text. Biggest waste of $3000 in my 15 years of business. Total scam operation and should be shut down, with no physical locations just PO Boxes in Rehoboth and OC sound shady..... stay way
BEWARE! This company isn't licensed in the State of Delaware, the LLC does not exist and the website is a complete fraud. Signed a $3,000 maintenance contact with this company and right after maintenance service I was told I had 2 bad compressor which I didn't believe so I had my retiring mechanical guy stop by to check. He came back to me with the thermostat line on one unit had been cut and the second unit had a cut charge line which he ended up fixing both for just over $400. Ben from CES Commercial Equipment Services is amazing! Our heater went out and we thought it was just the pilot light! We asked Ben to pop over & take a look when he had a free minute. He dropped what he was doing and came over to diagnose that our problem was a little bit more than the pilot light being out. Ben immediately got on the phone and ordered the part and then installed it without hesitation. He wouldn't even charge us. This is a truly hard working reliable man and runs his company like a well oiled machine.
