Tina helped my husband Bob and me decide thoughtfully carpet vs. luxury vinyl flooring, among myraid choices and grades and vendors. She made it so easy, and Tina really knows her flooring!!! We couldn't be happier not only with the quality of our Karastan carpeting but the SUPERB installation - flawless in every way. Our home was left clean and spotless after the installation, too. Tina Liddle at Anderson Carpet One is amazing!! we had just bought a second home in Lewes and had been to about 4 flooring shops plus Lowes and Home Depot a few times trying to find the right flooring that would match up to the hardwood in our new home. My husband just wanted me to pick anything at this point and was tired of looking but when we met Tina that changed! she was beyond helpful and very knowledgeable! she helped us find the perfect match to our hardwood and even came out to our home with the various samples before we ordered to make sure it was right. At this point we were walking around on nothing but plywood and sleeping on a mattress with nothing else in the house but a loveseat as we couldn't get our new furniture delivered without the new flooring. Tina came thru again and the flooring is now installed and we get our furniture tomorrow (all in under 2 wks). I am SO GLAD we stopped at her store, she is a dear soul and such a blessing! thank you Tina!!
Was quick getting material to install. Overall good experience but they should have a supervisor or someone from the company come out and make sure the job is done right. For every flooring project
