Chris and the Affordable Stucco team did an incredible job of adding new stucco to a three foot “ring” of exposed mortar and Tyvek around our house (we had asked a former contractor to remove all the crumbling mansards and replace with siding on the 2nd floor). Chris’s expert stucco crew added the proper insulation, mesh, drainage planes, etc. to blend everything seamlessly to match the existing stucco below. In fact, the stucco work was so fantastic that we expanded the scope to have them completely redo ALL the stucco in the front of the house. They also had to repair the top of the chimney and the results were spectacular.

Preparing our home for eventual sale. In so doing, we had a stucco inspection, which revealed a couple of areas that needed remediation. Our stucco inspector suggested a few companies in the area that we might look at for the remediation, and from these, we selected Affordable Stucco Services of Delaware. We were very pleased with their quality of work, and the timeliness in which they completed it. Chris (the owner) and his employees were all professional and skilled at their work. We were very pleased with all they did for us.I would highly recommend them for any stucco issues you might have.
Affordable Stucco is amazing. Owner and operator Chris handled every problem that we had. The price was reasonable and the work was outstanding. We were selling our house and we had a full front Stucco, which had problems. Chris was recommended to us and he handled everyone of the problems seamlessly. His men are meticulously clean. Everything was covered, cleaned up every day neat and tidy exactly what you would want your job site to look like it was seamless and in the end nothing but perfection!
