“I have used Custom Mechanical twice, once was for an unscheduled breakdown of my A/C unit over the summer. Called them and they send a technician to my house within 2 hours. Less than an hour later, they restored A/C service to my home. Signed up for their bi-annual preventive maintenance agreement, Danielle in Customer Service was prompt, polite and courteous in setting up the plan and scheduling the technician to come out for our first maintenance visit. Technician did a very thorough job and even offered some guidance on keeping my HVAC operating efficiently. Overall very pleased with Custom Mechanical's service and highly recommend them.“

“Quick response, friendly technician, and thorough analysis and fix of our unit. We had a small Freon leak that was causing our interior coil to freeze repeatedly. The tech tested the unit, confirmed the diagnosis, and told me the options and pricing before getting into it. He found the leak, fixed it, and recharged the Freon all for a reasonable price. “Tech arrived within two hours of placing service call. Burners on gas furnace were not lighting. Tech cleaned burners and cycled the furnace several times. Furnace was up and running in about 1/2 hour. Satisfactory experience.

“Our AC stopped working in Selbyville. Custom Mechanical was highly recommended by a friend that lives near our house. We bought a Ryan home and just called the company that was listed under warranty for the unit. I won't mention them by name but they came and were atrocious. They wanted to charge over $1,500 plus additional labor. Custom Mechanical came and charged $519 for the entire job. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. From their dispatcher to the people that answer the phone to the people that come and do your work. Use them you will not get taken advantage of and they will be very honest. That is not easy to come by these days it seems.“
