Carpet Cleaning near Ocean View

“We are from out of state on vacation and the rental company Wilgus rentals uses this company. We were unaware that when a company leaves a bag of their linens outside of a door no matter how the weather is that you as a patron are supposed to know that they are clean or dirty. Who wants to look into a bag if you believe they are used nasty linens from the last renter with God only knows what on them. Noone not this company or the rental company that uses them let's you know they will be sitting outside and they refuse to refund you when they sit there for 2 days waiting for someone to pick them up and by that time you already bought your own supplies. Not used at all make sure you use Vacasa rentals not Wilgus or others they actually do the right thing and make the beds leave towel and linens inside that are clean and their dirty linens sit outside in a bag waiting for people to pick then up not clean ones. The owner Randy is not very understanding and kind at all.“
