Mrs.Phyllis is a very professional and genuine hair stylist. She is timely , down to earth and creates a welcoming environment. When I first walked in her business I could tell she takes pride in the appearance and atmosphere of her place. I felt comfortable when I first walked in to when I left. Also, she worked a miracle on my hair. I have locs and have been doing my own hair maintenance since quarantine started. When she saw me I had gaps in my hair due to poor twisting methods which caused my hair to look like it was thinning. Finding The Unique Touch and Phyllis was heaven sent. I made the appointment knowing I wanted a relaxer, cut and style but had no idea what cut and style I wanted. Phyllis being the professional she is asked all the right questions and amazed me with her work. If your on the fence and trying to decide if you should make an appointment do your hair a favor and schedule now. Thank you Phyllis for excellent work, the first stop I made got 2 compliments on your work, I shared your card. Cant wait for my follow up visits.
