The place was clean and it wasn’t very busy. I don’t want to paint a really negative review because I was only here once, but I really was trying to ask questions of one of the staff members it just just seemed like they were not interested/didn’t want to engage with me, it honestly felt like she was annoyed that I was asking them questions. I wouldn’t write off the whole store, I think I just caught someone on an off day.

I absolutely love this store. Their customer service is amazing and even if their super busy they always are there to help! Their store is so easily manageable to find what you need . I did have to return the nail drill I bought almost a month ago because it didn't work, but the return process went smooth. And picked up 3 great items in replace. Love love love iulta beauty ??

I went in the other day and Andrew helped me find a great foundation, he color matched me, kept my budget in mind, asked about my skin type, and we found a perfect fit. He was super helpful and friendly too.
