I have been going to this studio since it opened. It is a great studio, clean, peaceful, and the instructors are excellent. Don't miss an opportunity, you won't be disappointed.
Great yoga studio! Went to yoga and pilates here while visiting the area. That.Pilates class was super fun! Instructors are a perfect combination of alignment instruction and freedom. GO!
I purchased a class card and attended my first Slow Vinyasa Flow class tonight, and I am VERY impressed! As someone with an athletic background but new to yoga specifically, the staff is very professional and is very helpful for all levels. They even incorporate meditation and relaxation into their practice.
