I LOVE Dr. Christine, however, it's so hard getting in touch with her secretary. Every time I call there is no answered and I am forced to send and email. I am told that I will hear back immediately, but then the portal says it will take up to 2 business days to hear back. I wish I could just get someone on the phone. It's extremely frustrating. Please do better at picking up the phone for customer's like me that don't want to wait several days to receive information that will take 2 minutes.

Unbelievably RUDE answering service. If this were my business, I'd listen to calls from 12:40-12:50 on 6/22 and consider coaching/disciplinary action. Why would you pay an answering "service" to treat your patients like that? It's be better to just have an answering machine, or to let the phone ring.

It’s fine. Dr. Moutsatsos is truly exceptional. The practice operations needs work and restructuring. The physicians are not the problem here, it’s the office operations. No follow up calls with urgent matters.
