I called the listed company #, spoke with Patricia & scheduled an appointment for an estimate on last Thursday. Two days before the appointment I called to confirmed, left a callback message. No response so I called again with another request to confirm appt. No one showed up and no one bothered to respond to my call. Very unprofessional, not even courteous night to say ‘too busy to come out’ I heard nothing. Bad business practice. I was so happy Total Care Cleaning Services was able to help me! Last minute my husband and I decided we didn't want to have to clean our apartment we were moving out of and wanted to hire a cleaning service to do it. Well Total Care Cleaning Services were able to accommodate us on such short notice and did a beautiful job! The aparment looked Move-In ready! The oven looked brand new! Thank you for such an amazing job and being so professional!

Patricia was great ? She performed a move in clean for my beautiful new home and it was perfect (move in ready). She was polite, informative, resourceful (quoted me a price for a painter) and efficient. I would definitely recommend her services.Services: Standard cleaning
