This place will always hold a spot in my heart. Coming out of the pandemic, I was unmotivated and my self esteem was very low. Daulton is a newer trainer but he was super ambitious and helped me quite a bit to build up my self confidence. He adapted his training style to meet my needs and I’ve seen the results because of him.I definitely recommend this training location!
I've been searching for a place to get one on one help with my hip. My flexibility and core strength was lacking, and previous PT only helped short-term. I have been working with Angie going on 7 weeks now, and have noticed an increase in my strength and flexibility. Lately we have been combining core strengthening with post-workout yoga. As a hockey goalie playing 3-4 times a week, it has been exactly what I needed to ensure I can continue to compete at the level I want to and maintain good hip health. A few months ago I started using Paradigm's online training program and it's been such a worthwhile experience. For me, I love being able to see a plan and then having the flexibility to move workouts around as needed and this program lets you do that. Plus it's fun! Also, you're not left to figure things out on your own, Glynn (my trainer and also the owner) builds in guidance and checks in with you. He really cares that you're getting the most out of it!
