I have been a customer of Horizon Services for about 20 years. They do the job right the first time. They come out fast if there is an issue. If I just want prices, they usually still make it out the same day. They are in and out quickly, which I love so I can get on with my plans for the day. They installed my heat pump and did all the maintenance. I also use them for all plumbing. The plumber I had before Horizon cost me thousands of dollars that I did not need to spend. I can't say enough good things about this company.
Last December when my heat exchanger was deemed unacceptable by Service Today, I called Horizon for a second opinion. In order to get them out there at a better rate I paid for a service contract (the text they just sent about it reminded me to write this review), and they were there in no time. However, I must quote the technician who said, "This is the kind of thing you see on the news"- as in, the fumes would kill my family. Then, he proceeded to call the sales rep to come out and try to sell me "cheaper units which fell off the truck." I just got off the phone with Kelly with the Newark "Speed Team". I had to reschedule (totally my fault btw) and she was awesome! Got me scheduled the next business day, at a time that worked best for me. I've used Horizon for the last few years and always been happy with their technicians, but Kelly is a cut above the rest!! I can't say enough how great these folks are every day!
