We needed the blower motor on our Goodman gas furnace replaced. We had never used Schlosser & Associates and decided to utilize them for the repair. They not only had great reviews, but Zach and Taylor answered all our pre-appointment questions quickly and in detail. Today, their tech Jason and his trainee Jordyn came to do the repair. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they answered all questions politely and in detail. Jason and Jordyn had great personalities and were easy to talk to. I had new Goodman heat pump installed by another company. Unfortunately, the installer was not familiar with the Goodman new CoolCloud wireless programing technology and never got my settings working properly. Thankfully, I called Schlosser & Associates and they sent me technician Sajid who was proficient with CoolCloud. I cannot thank him enough for all the time and conscience work he did to restore the proper function of my heat pump. He arrived on time and was very cordial. I give him the highest satisfaction rating. You have earned me as a customer for life.
