“The renovation of our primary bathroom was recently completed by Ferris Home Improvements, LLC. Meredith worked with us to review the original configuration of the bathroom and listened to our desires for a new configuration. She worked with her team to compile our wishes into a new layout that thoughtfully exceeded our original desires. Meredith then led us through the process to choose the cabinets, tile and plumbing fixtures and insured that our choices would all work together. Our main installer, Phil, was in continual contact with us as he completed his work. His work was excellent. Joe, our project manager, handled any issues that arose throughout the renovation. These issues were quickly discussed and solutions identified. Everyone that worked at our home showed respect to our home and to us.
