If I could give less than one star, I would. They NEVER answer the phone. Ever. Daisy is excellent. However, if you need a prescription refilled, make sure you put the request in 2 weeks in advance. They call my phone and try to do an appointment over the phone for my spouses appointments and vise versa. The office is small and you can hear the doctors talking to patients while sitting in the waiting room. Just extremely unprofessional. They need better communication.

I've never experienced an office so poorly run. Every review you see about not getting through on the phone, and no one calling you back is 100% accurate. I don't know how this is acceptable for a doctors office. It's a joke.

I receive my monthly migraine medication from this office. It’s a once a month shot. I just spoke to the doctor in July 2023 to get my prior authorization for the medication. They said I would be good for a year, but come January 2024 they told me they would refuse to give me my prior authorization without another appointment. I spoke on the phone where the doctor told me he put the prior authorization through. That was a week ago and when I went to the pharmacy today, they told me they didn’t have the prior authorization.
