Excellent all around - pricing, timing, quality of workmanship etc. all staff very professional, polite, courteous, timely.
Exceptional office staff: all have excellent telephone manners ( prompt return on all correspondence) and all are energetic, well spoken polite with clear, expression of nature of call.
We had 3 windows that needed to be replaced and Paddy's keep us informed throughout the entire process. They showed up on time for the day. Explained everything about the process and did a great job.
I could not say enough kind words about the overall experience I had with Paddy’s from start to finish.
I reached out wanting to replace my front door. Beth was my point of contact, she was friendly and knowledgeable. She provided pricing, ordered my door and kept in constant communication with updates on when the door would arrive to schedule a date and time.
Antonio came out to install my front door and what can I say…..perfectionist!!! I don’t know much about doors by any means but he was thorough in showing me the ins and outs ?.
Another amazing touch was my house was just as clean or better actually after he was finished.
