We strive to meet the skilled care and health-related needs of New Castle County, Delaware. Serving the community for over 20 years Call us at 302-738-6400 Founded in 1983, we offer a variety of home health care programs. Our comprehensive programs include the direct care of the sick and disabled, the promotion and maintenance of health and the prevention of disease and disability. These programs provide comprehensive, coordinated services on an intermittent basis. Our visits are made regularly, Monday through Friday, and if medically indicated, on Saturday and Sunday. Telephone contact with staff and home visits are available, if needed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
