Mitsdarfer Bros. Tree Service did an outstanding job removing over a dozen trees from my property and grinding down the stumps. They brought in a crane to safely lower each tree without causing any damage to my yard, and their crew was professional, skilled, and efficient from start to finish. What impressed me the most was the clean-up — they left my property looking better than before, and even my neighbors have commented on how great the work turned out. First, be sure you clarify on the contract whether your coupon applies to the quoted amount or has already been applied in the quote. I have used them for years and usually only get a quote from them without getting any other quotes from their competitors. My first 3 quotes had the coupon subtracted from the quote upon payment. My 4th quote, when I was ready to pay after the work, I was told by one employee that the coupon only applied to cash payment, like someone has thousands of dollars in cash, and then the estimator and a lady in the office said it was already subtracted during the quote and they both started yelling at me without allowing for me to engage in... read full review
