I was gifted certificates for a facial and a massage this past Christmas and had only just gotten around to using them. WOW why did I wait so long!!!The ladies at the front desk were very helpful in getting me scheduled. Once I arrived I was greeted and after checking in was sent to the waiting lounge.I had a deep tissue massage with Rich that was wonderful. I told him I’m a mother of 4 year old twins and so while I didn’t have a specific area to target I just wanted max pressure and relaxation. We received a gift card for an hour of service at MassageLuXe in Newark. I got the Swedish massage and my wife got the seaweed facial. Everyone was friendly. My masseuse did a good job. She spend much time on my back which was much needed. I did ask her to apply a little more pressure in the middle of the massage. My wife like her facial as well. Here's a message for MassageLuXe though, find a way to make sure your masseuses' hand are warm. Feeling cold lotion or a not so warm hands from time to time throughout the massage is not the best service you can provide. I love this place already! From the moment we stepped in the door the vibe was amazing.Everyone greeted us with smiles and was super nice . After checking in, were escorted to the lounge which was also nice . It’s clean and my massage therapist Gene was awesome. Then after the massage we were able to get on the hydro bed. I definitely recommend to anyone and will be coming back for sure!!!
