I have seen many doctors and physical therapist for pain and no one has been able to help, but within the first appointment I have steadily been better each time I go. Zach Tomko explained everything to me in detail and took his time to ease my nerves as I have never seen a chiropractor before. He gave me exercises to also do at home that has increased my strength as well. The staff is great and friendly. Overall I highly recommend for anyone for pain relief and overall health benefits.

Dr. Mahoney was excellent, and the benefits of my visit were immediately realized. The Front desk staff were pleasant and welcoming. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming as well.

I came in to First State Health & Wellness because of excruciating pain in my lower back that started overnight. I could barely walk a few steps without my legs wanting to give out on me because of the numbness. From the symptoms, I figured I must’ve had a pinched nerve or something. I was greeted by the staff who were helpful and very friendly. That’s when I met Dr.Garcia, who is the sweetest doctor I’ve ever met. After talking about my symptoms, she adjusted me and created a plan to get me back to feeling good. I followed her instructions and after a few sessions I was walking normal again.
