My Dr. gave me the name of the eye drops that I required because I was not sure if I still had the drops from the other eye. That afternoon I got a call from the office to make sure that all was well with the procedure & that I did have the drops available. My husband said, "wow, they really cover all the bases".“

“I have been seeing Dr. Jason Kaplan for the last several years. The quality of care and his ability to connect with patients is excellent. During a routine exam he detected an issue that would have quickly turned into a serious problem . Dr. Kaplan addressed the problem during that appointment and averted surgery and potential down-time.

“Well… I’ve been getting my glasses there for several years and have been generally rather pleased. This time however I can’t read traffic signs with my new glasses. When I go back in to have it corrected, they don’t have time for “Walk ins” (I was there to pick up my daughters glasses) I need to make an appointment for them to take the 5 min to verify my prescription. So… I returned my glasses. Turns out there’s a $50 restocking fee. So… end result is it cost me $50 for them to screw up. Thanks guys!PS- if you can’t tell I’m a tad frustrated.Amendment - Actually heard from the location manager rather promptly. The problem is getting corrected and solved. Still somewhat disappointed in the inconvenience of having to go back, but I can’t fault their willingness to make the situation right.Thank you very much.“
