“We cannot thank Dante and his crew enough for the gorgeous kitchen & bathroom renovation started in Dec. 2023 and completed in Feb. 2024. We are amazed it was only 8 weeks from start to completion despite the work spanning the holidays. The work included a gut reno of 38 yr. old condo kitchen, reno of our 1st floor bathroom, a new dining room floor and a new HVAC system.We are a semi-retired professional couple who own a condo in Newark, DE & a house in Arden, NC. During our child-rearing years, we lived in 3 different houses in a 24 year span – all older homes needing certain renovations. Even the well-intentioned contractors we used lagged with timelines & were vague communicating when snags occurred. Since Covid/2020, we’ve heard stories from family & friends having renosof disarray & broken promises due to supply shortages & unreliable contractors. As a result, we were ambivalent about a reno prior to meeting Dante & even considered selling the condo as an alternative.We found Bulls home improvement randomly while cruising the Internet & seeing pics of a beautiful kitchen reno posted by a happy client. We sent Sam an e-mail inquiry & pics of our dilapidated kitchen. He responded quickly, offering a phone consult to see if his company was a fit for our needs & budget. From there, we had a 90 min. in-home consult at a modest fee, refundable if we committed to the project.From the inception of the job, Dante impressed us as a highly-skilled, ethical & personable G.C. attentive to all aspects of workmanship.
