I used to LOVE this nail salon, but my recent experience was beyond disappointing. When we first arrived, the receptionist seemed startled by our party of five for pedicures & manicures - and even said, “Oh sh*t,” which made it clear they had overbooked our time slot despite my reservation being made a week in advance. We weren’t seated together, and our services didn’t start at the same time. My mom and I chose the organic pedicure, but while I received the paraffin wax treatment, she did not. I really enjoy coming here for my service. The environment is always pleasant. The service is attentive. I typically get the signature pedicure with a regular manicure. My favorite nail artist are June & Queenie. They know how to file my nails just as I like it and they will hold a good conversation too! They have a seamless check- in and out system and easy appointment scheduling.

This is my second time here for an pedi, and both times I enjoyed my experience. This time all of the used equipment came out of its on unopened bag for my pedicure. That makes me feel good to know I’m not getting unused but clean equipment. John Le did a good job on my French tip just how I like it.
Cleanliness: Marble floors are spotless and the stations are clean. I also use the restroom and it was clean to my liking.
Stylist: John Lee did a good job. He was quick and efficient and he got my French tip. Just how I like it.
