“We needed major concrete work done (new driveway, walkway, steps and also parging of the foundation of our home). We had several contractors out for estimates before we were lucky enough to find Anthony Dambro General contractors, inc of wilmington de. Anthony came out looked at the work to be done, measured the areas, explained in detail what exactly had to be done to complete the work. Sent us a reasonably priced estimate for the amount of work. After we signed our contract. We were given a start date (depending on weather fortunately the weather was perfect). Anthony and his crew of workers showed-up on the morning of the promised start date. Anthony's crew are experience and knowledgeable craftsman and are very hard workers.
The work was all completed on the date promised (the weather was perfect for the job).. All I can say is everything is perfect and looks fantastic!!! “Erik & his team at Benoit Home Improvements, did a fantastic job! What a transformation. They took off our old faded aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding with insulation. This one change made our upstairs cooler by several degrees at night, which is amazing in this 90+ degree heat! The windows just came in today and he made a point to come out and install them all ....by himself. He worked until he got them all installed properly. That kind of dedication to craftmanship and hard work is rare in our world today, but he and his team have it. Erick was patient and listened to our questions and gave thoughtful and helpful answers. His pricing is fair and he more than competitive when you consider the high quality of work that was done. “The renovation of our primary bathroom was recently completed by Ferris Home Improvements, LLC. Meredith worked with us to review the original configuration of the bathroom and listened to our desires for a new configuration. She worked with her team to compile our wishes into a new layout that thoughtfully exceeded our original desires. Meredith then led us through the process to choose the cabinets, tile and plumbing fixtures and insured that our choices would all work together. Our main installer, Phil, was in continual contact with us as he completed his work. His work was excellent. Joe, our project manager, handled any issues that arose throughout the renovation. These issues were quickly discussed and solutions identified. Everyone that worked at our home showed respect to our home and to us. They let us know when they would be working, when they were leaving and when we could expect them back. They also made sure to keep an eye out for our dog to ensure that he did not get loose. We are extremely happy with the end results. Ferris will be our preferred Home Improvement company for any future projects we do at our home.
