I can't say enough great things about this facility. I was there a total of 8 weeks for physical and occupational therapy. The therapy team is amazing! They helped me gain confidence and genuinly cared about my progress. The CNA Aides were caring and attentive, as were the nurses. The whole team from Admin to custodial were great. I have recommended this facility to many people.
My father in law spent a 7 day respite in this facility. We were quite impressed with the entire experience. The admissions director was attentive to our concerns which attributed to our confidence in the care provided. The nursing staff was excellent care and co-operative when we called for updates. The facility was clean, well kept and we will use them for future stays.
This facility appears clean and sterile. We did visitation outdoors, and did not go beyond the front desk. The staff seemed very friendly and accommodating. The resident was dressed and waiting when we arrived. The resident talked about the numerous activities that are provided for them, and how well the staff treated them. CDC guidelines were followed by staff and visitors. There is a basket filled with N95 masks, to protect the residents. Security is great, you cannot go in our out without a staff member putting in a security code. Overall they seem to care and provide great service to the residents. The only drawback, is having to give 1-2 hours notice before arriving.
