Always on time, always professional. Highly suggest getting their Maintenance plan as it provides discounting on future services and always pays for itself. The annual maintenance is worth it alone. Mark has been to my home 3x to service my heater (old home, original heater) and is a pleasure to have around. Clean, professional, great communication. Eric also came this time as support and was also great to have around. Will continue to ONLY USE MAICHLE'S!
Maichle's just replaced my entire heat pump system. They guys that did the work were great - on time, polite, put down floor protectors and made sure they closed the doors as they went in and out so my cats didn't get out. The work was done with care and precision and it's clear that they knew what they were doing. I've used Maichle's in the past and will continue to use and recommend them!
These guys are excellent. Trane system failed at 5 PM. My usual service company came shortly after but could not fix the system. I was left without heat for the night. Called Maichle's at 7AM. Techs came at 9AM. Rebooted the system and problem was resolved. They even showed me how to do it myself if it reoccurs. Did a full check on the system to make sure all was functioning ok. My sense is these people are very skilled, very thorough and know what they are doing. Staff was polite and showed a good deal of concern. I highly recommend them.
