    Our A/C stopped working on 100 degree day. Called Goldstar and Trevor arrived quickly. Cleaned our outside unit, fixed an issue in the basement and had us back up an running! We will have them back to service the heater in the fall.

    Shane called to announce he was on his way about 30 minutes ahead of arrival. and was very efficient with his tasks. He wore shoe covers and a covid facial mask. He came to perform a routine maintenance checkup on our heating system, informed me when he was done and showed me that a report was sent to my email. when I asked if I should call Gold Star to make an appointment for our AC checkup he informed me that Gold Star would contact me. I am very pleased with Gold Star and their employees.

    Had my first GoldStar Service today, taking advantage of a AC cleaning special. Trevor was the Technician that serviced my Lennox AC system. He arrived in the promised time frame, introduced himself and went to work. He explained what he was doing and to be honest, he checked parts of my system that no other company has checked in the past. He checked both the inside and outside components, took pictures and when finished, showed me the pictures and made appropriate suggestions.
    Overall, I was very pleased with Trevor and GoldStar, much more than the other service companies (Horizon and Sobieski) that have come before. Will contact again for the Furnace winter... read full review
