Called on a Sunday and they were there first thing Monday morning. Tech was very polite, wore boot covers while in house, gave my numerous quotes to improve my situation, did not push for upsales and allowed my wife and I ample time to discuss and make the best choice for us, and then began and completed work same day. All in all it was a great experience! Definitely recommend!
Not really sure why the Facebook reviews are so low compared to Google, but I have now used Done Right twice now and both plumbers were very friendly and professional.
For unexpectedly having to replace our entire water system, this was as painless a process as we could’ve ever asked for. Steven was a phenomenal technician, so personable and knowledgeable, and we felt both seen and validated with every word he spoke. I am SO glad this was *literally* the first call we made to get this issue resolved. 12/10!! Also, the cat and fantasy football conversations were just 🤌🏻. We hope Winchester, aka Kit Kat, and his lovely canine friend whose name escapes us (it’s been a looooong day), go forth and prosper, and live long, healthy, amazing lives.
