SECOND UPDATE: contacting Patient relations is a futile effort. They sent me back to the exact people that I told them were not competently handling my case. They have no solutions whatsoever and actually seem surprised when you call them. Christiana will continue to have a two star review because people are complaining constantly and no one is doing anything about it. The incompetence is mind blowing. They continue to tell me that I have set times and then continue to move my times for someone new.
UPDATE: since leaving this review and having my aid reiterate to management that I cannot do 8:00 am appointments, VERY INTENTIONALLY, I continue to be moved to...read full review
Terrible. It’s been a week since release form the hospital today they sent out therapy after 4 days the. Sent a nurse out for no reason didn’t have any supplies to change bandage or gauze and recommended just taping it up to hold in on. I don’t know who runs this place but absolutely disgraceful
Very poorly managed with inexperienced aides. ALWAYS short on staff. No communication the day before if your regular aide is out and whether you have a replacement. It’s usually a wait and see if someone shows up. I have had issues with 5 aides prior to the one I have now. There is only 1 other aide who I have come across who has experience. I have one hour and 75% of that time is spent explaining how to do things.
