Had an issue with my AC. Drew came out just hours after I called and insured me of a proper repair. Update: after Drew left a few days later Chris came out and performed the refrigerant leak repair. AC working fine ever since.
We have been using Burns and McBride for all our HVAC needs for the last 12 years. They are always responsive, thorough, professional, and stand behind their work and equipment. Today Oscar and Orlando made some changes to our ductwork at my request. They did a perfect job and left the place cleaner then when they arrived. They worked as a team, very efficiently and made short work of the changes. I recommend Burns and McBride to all my friends and family.
Burns and McBride did an outstanding job replacing our HVAC system. Brian was great to work with on the sales side, and Oscar and Nick did exceptional work executing the job. The techs were right on time and ready to go when they got here. They listened to and clearly answered all my questions and then followed through on everything there was do to. The workmanship appears to be excellent and their attitude was on point all day. Very glad I chose Burns & McBride.
